I love this little animation you made here, so simple and so effective. Did you plan it all out before starting or just dive in and see where it led you?
I had a rough idea, of making the pieces turn into different things from the sheet of images (that came with the game) but the finger tap changing them like magic was a spur of the moment thing! Then as I was making it, all the shapes seemed to want to escape out of frame/away from the hand... so i went with it and let the horse get away!!

Well I think it worked brilliantly. I guess creative work is often a mixture of planning and spontaneity.
